In accordance with the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No.56/POJK/2015 on the Establishment and Guidelines for Preparation of Internal Audit Charter, the Company has established the Unit of Internal Audit pursuant to the Decree of Boardof Directors No.SK.018/DIR/COS/VI/2016 dated June 1, 2016. The Company has also established an Internal Audit Unit Charter, which was approved by the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on March 25, 2013. The Internal Audit Unit Charter is a working guideline for the Internal Audit Unit.
